Meba Multi-Deck Automatic Loading Oven has been produced by taking into account the latest technological innovations, in line with the demands of our customers for high production capacity, untouched production method and expandable machine park for the future. It is available in two different models as tubular heating system. In cyclothermic type systems, the air flow of each floor can be controlled thanks to adjustable air flow valves and computer-controlled cooking system. Thus, an equal cooking balance is provided on the entire surface, regardless of the upper or lower layer. In tubular type systems, the entire cooking surface can be heated equally with the pipes surrounding the floors. The pipes placed on the floor of the oven transfer energy equally from the hot air passing through the heat channels at the bottom and transfer this heat to the upper floors, and an equal cooking balance is provided on all surfaces of the oven.

Our multi-deck oven; Thanks to its automatic loading and unloading robot, multi-functional cooking and setting combinations, and different machine options we offer for the dough processing section, it is capable of easily meeting all the needs of our customers, no matter how different their product types are. Thanks to the advanced insulation system, the heat produced can be stored in the oven for a long time. In addition, this heat insulation technology enables the oven to collect heat quickly in successive cooking and to obtain the same quality product every time.
