Thanks to the dough transfer machine designed for high-capacity businesses, the dough kneaded in the mixer bowl is quickly emptied into a large funnel and when the dough in the cutting machine's funnel decreases, it automatically opens the lower tray and sends the dough into the funnel.
When the hopper of the cutting machine is filled with dough, it closes the bottom plate and cuts the dough flow. In other words, this machine performs a kind of dough storage process and ensures that the dough is filled again when the dough decreases in the dough cutting machine's funnel. Thus, the dough does not have to be kept in the boiler and is used for the next kneading process. Dough can be unloaded to more than one dough cutting machine standing next to each other by being produced with the movable bunker system. This feature is optional.
