Compact Oven

Meba Compact Oven, which is produced in line with the demands and expectations of our customers in the patisserie and market sector that bakes different types of products; It combines convection oven and mini-decker oven in a single machine.

Thanks to our new product, our customers not only reduce their operating costs, but also get maximum efficiency from the workplace and customer sales area.

It has touch and manual control panel options.

It consists of a convection oven with a capacity of 5 trays measuring 40x60 cm at the top and a single or double-deck stone-based oven with a capacity of 2 trays at the bottom.

Thanks to the double fan system in the convection oven, the heated air is evenly distributed in the cabin. Thus, an equal cooking balance is ensured in all products.

Water sprayed directly on the fan quickly turns into steam, so the required amount of steam can always be easily produced.

The yeast chamber is optionally available at the bottom of the oven. If desired, it can also be used with a stainless coffee table instead of a yeast chamber.
