Pan Arranging Line

Thanks to our newly developed automatic loading and unloading system, the dough coming out of the long shape machine; It is ensured that it is arranged as single, double or triple at equal intervals, on a pan or wooden mat. The system puts the dough on the empty pans, which it automatically takes from the pan car, and loads it back into the pan car. After the pans are completely filled, the pan trolley is directed to the exit and another empty trolley is automatically taken to the loading station for filling. If desired, dough can be spread on a pan or wooden pallet (both are possible and optional). Again, optionally, bran etc. on the pan. Additional equipment can be fitted for scattering substances. The entire system is operated via a touch screen and status monitoring is done. It can be designed as a right or left outlet according to the structural shape of the building or the workflow of the dough processing system. The system does not damage pans or wooden pallets in any way. Hourly dough capacity is 3.300 pieces.
