Doughs prepared for bread production are put into the fermentation cabinet and the dough is developed. This process is done in a place that is insulated from the outside environment and suitable for the required humidity and temperature conditions. Fermentation cabinets are made of special materials that do not rust and do not rot. In this way, long life and easy cleaning are provided. The development of the dough can be observed through the windows in the door.
