Dough Cutting Machine

Thanks to our redesigned dough cutting machine as a result of blending the latest structural and technological innovations with years of experience and knowledge; The dough is cut without being disturbed, without being subjected to any compression process and with very precise weight values.

The dough hopper and outer covers are made of stainless steel.

Weight adjustment can be made optionally via the hand wheel or the touch screen.

Can cut between 20 and 40 doughs per minute.

Can be produced with single or double pistons.

Weight ranges can be selected as 50-200 gr, 100-600 gr or 250-1000 gr.

There is a high oil consumption in the waterfall type lubrication mechanism used in classical dough cutting machines. Even if oil is not added when necessary, machine damage occurs, which can be very costly. As Meba Makina, we have solved this problem with a new type of mechanization that works like a drip. While the weekly oil consumption is 15 liters in a conventional waterfall lubrication system in a medium-capacity facility, this amount has been reduced to 2.5 liters in the drip system. Thus, high oil savings are achieved and oil costs are avoided. In addition, thanks to the alarm on the lubrication system, the system automatically works and warns the user when the oil in the tank reaches the end point.
