The air conditioning unit is the device used in the yeast chamber to create the heat and humidity required for dough development. Thanks to the sensor system on the device, the temperature and humidity in the cabinet are constantly controlled and adjusted automatically. For easy and safe use, The control panel is designed to be mounted on the outer panel of the yeast chamber, excluding the air conditioning unit. Humidity range is 60-95%, heating range is 20-70C. The effective area capacity is 10 m3.
