Conical Rounding Machine

The dough rounding machine is the machine that gives the dough its round shape with the help of teflon coated aluminum cone and teflon coated aluminum spiral carrying arms that rotate clockwise from the dough coming from the cutting-weighing machine. Conical rounding machine gives the dough coming from the cutting and weighing machine into a round shape and delivers it to the intermediate resting machine. The rolling process begins with the loading of the dough onto the transport arms. The dough loaded into the machine is subjected to the rolling process thanks to the carrier spiral arms and the aluminum funnel rotating clockwise. There are different variations according to gram ranges. There is a flouring system in the dough exit section. In the standard model, the duct outlet length is 4.5 m and the working range is between 100-600 grams and 100-1200 grams. In another model, rounding can be done in the range of 50-200 gr.
