Tubular Oven

The most important feature of tube-deck ovens is that the heating system is different from conventional deck ovens.

The temperature is provided by circulating the heated liquid in the pipe between the floors. Since the floor and ceiling of each floor are surrounded by these pipes, equal heat distribution is provided at every point of the cooking surface. Thus, an even cooking balance is guaranteed.

There are 3 separate steam tubes for each floor.

Optionally, it can be produced as a control panel, touch screen or manual panel.

Produced without concrete for ease of heat exchange in cooking different products.

Combustion chamber and gas channels are made of refractory bricks.

Thanks to the fiber wool in a thick layer, the heat generated is kept in the furnace body for a long time. In addition, thanks to this insulation system, it is ensured that the oven collects heat quickly in successive cooking and that the product is of the same quality and balance every time.

Can be shipped disassembled or fully assembled.
